A weekly drop-in session offering a relaxed, productive and supportive space where students can work on their assignments with tutors available on site to provide on-the-spot guidance when needed.

2. Discovery Call
A 10-minute discovery call is booked to capture important information that helps with an initial assessment for the child and helps understand their needs. This is also an opportunity for parents to clarify any questions they might have about our services, and the expected outcome from tutoring.
3. Assigning a Study Buddy
After the discovery call and a further review of any supplied supporting documents for the student's work, I match the student with the most qualified and suitable Study Buddy to help them on their learning journey.
The parent is notified of the assigned Study Buddy, whom will call within 48 hours to set up the first lesson.

5. Beyond the First Lesson
After the first lesson is conducted, I reach out to the parent personally to check how the student found the first lesson, taking any feedback into consideration to ensure they have the best support available for them to thrive.
We highly encourage parents to keep communication lines open, to ensure the student is progressing well. Parents can choose to stay updated via emails, or book a 15 minute Parent-Tutor meeting at the end of the term to discuss their child’s progress and the future learning plan.

Yes, we provide tailored homework and practice exercises to reinforce the concepts taught during lessons. This is designed to build confidence and mastery at your child’s pace.

You’ll have access to regular progress updates on request. Additionally, we offer the option to book a Parent-Tutor meeting once per term to discuss your child’s achievements and areas for improvement in detail. We’re also available for ongoing communication to ensure you’re always in the loop.

We provide flexible scheduling options to suit your family’s needs. Many students benefit from weekly sessions during the school term, with some choosing to continue lessons over the school break (outside of public holidays) for consistent support. We also offer specialized packages for assignments, exams, and intensive preparation.

Our prices start at $90 per hour on average, reflecting the personalised, high-quality support we provide. The exact cost depends on the service package chosen, subject, session length, and type of support required. We offer a variety of options, such as private one-on-one tutoring, group tutoring, study club, and other programs, each with their own perks and benefits.

While there’s no strict minimum, we encourage families to commit to a term-based schedule (10 weeks per term) to see consistent progress. For ad-hoc needs, we offer flexible options such as assignment help and exam preparation.

We understand that life happens. Sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. For cancellations without adequate notice, the full session will be charged to cover the tutor’s work and preparation time. However, you can still reschedule that lesson to be conducted at a later time within the term. Please contact us for further clarification on our rescheduling and cancelation policy.
